Help
What is the import function?
Certain forms in My BOP support data entry through a prepared CSV file. A CSV file is a text file that is structured line by line according to certain specifications. The information in the CSV file is transferred to the form via the import function.
How do I create a CSV file?
If you are as yet unfamiliar with the import function and require general information on creating CSV files, please use the general instructions for creating CSV files for the import function.
How do I use an Excel sheet for the import?
If you would like to prepare your form data using Microsoft Excel, we provide an Excel sheet for the import function for certain forms. This can be downloaded in the import area of the form via the download link "Excel-Sheet (XLS)". Further information on the use of Excel sheets can be found under creation of CSV files with an Excel sheet.
Which forms offer an import function?
