The previous use of security sticks and signature cards with the help of Java Applets will no longer be supported. As an alternative, ElsterAuthenticator offers a new way to log in to the portal using security sticks or signature cards.
Use the ElsterAuthenticator to log in to ELSTER with a security stick or signature card.
- Install the ElsterAuthenticator (Download)
- Start the ElsterAuthenticator on your PC or configure it as a service
- Click on the "Continue with ElsterAuthenticator" button
Note
If you receive the error message
"Error when calling ElsterAuthenticator", please install the latest version of ElsterAuthenticator.
