Please use ElsterAuthenticator to register in BOP with the security stick or signature card.

Install ElsterAuthenticator (Download)
Start ElsterAuthenticator on your PC or configure ElsterAuthenticator as service
Click on the button "Continue with ElsterAuthenticator"

If ElsterAuthenticator was not started and a white page is displayed in the browser, you can return to this page by using the "Back" function.
