Some countries require different information when applying for certain procedures or provide further information.

Lower Saxony

In addition to the electronic procedure application in Mein ELSTER, a corresponding form with signature and seal is required for activation for data exchange.

The individual procedures are only activated once the form has been received.

To check the electronic application for use, it is necessary that the attached form "Declaration on the use of ELSTER transfer" is completed and sent by post within 2 months, including a printout of the "Status notification for ELSTER transfer authorization" belonging to the electronic procedure application, to:
