The ELSTER hotline is available from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Please note that the ELSTER Hotline is a purely technical hotline that only answers questions about technical problems. The Hotline staff cannot access the caller's tax data. Instead, the Hotline staff only have access to the caller's data that the caller provides themselves.
